Tom has over twenty (20) years of industry experience, including working for a large insurance carrier.  Tom started Equinox in 2005 and is an expert in negotiation, self-funding, and employee engagement. As the founder and principal partner, Tom has led Equinox to be one of the fastest-growing companies in the region year over year.  Tom, with the help of his team, manages more than 30 key accounts in 9 different states. Accounts are a mix of fully insured, partially self-insured and fully self-insured accounts. Accounts range in size from 40 employees to over 800 enrolled. Tom is uniquely equipped to customize focus and dedicate resources where needed. Service is paramount and that carries through each level of the organization.

Tom has a B.A. in Marketing from Saint Joseph's University.  He is licensed in Accident and Health, Life & Fixed Annuities, Casualty & Allied Lines, Personal Lines, Property & Allied Lines as a Resident Producer for PA, and is also licensed in DE, GA, IN, MD, NC, NH, NJ, SC, TX, VA.  He can be found on the National Producer Registry.  Tom is bi-lingual in English and Spanish.
